  My first time going to Montana's I don't know why I've never been so I went to the Langley location and Allyssa the young lady who greeted me was amazing I cannot say enough about her she was awesome. I told her I wanted to do a takeout order which was no problem I wanted the surf and turf which apparently had just been added on their menu I added extra piece of beer batter fish and a piece of deep fried chicken breast which was an extra on the side also an extra side of garlic mashed potatoes I guess the kitchen forgot to pack my French fries which comes with the surf and turf and and my coleslaw which is all part of the surf and turf . I double checked with the save young lady who I had placed the order with so I went back to the restaurant to pick up my order she handed me the order and I asked her is everything in there and she said yes I come home and items are missing I called them and I was told I will get a call back and nobody has called me and it has been three days now I mean it's kind of disappointing when you pay for your food and things are missing. It's just disappointing considering it was our first time.

  had a fantastic dinner on Saturday at Montana's! The food was delicious, and the service was even better. Our server, Lucia, was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. She was attentive without being overbearing and really made our evening enjoyable. Definitely recommend asking for her if you visit!

  We celebrated my husband’s birthday at Montana’s on a busy Friday night, and we had such a great experience thanks to Tonya! Even though the restaurant was packed and the food took a bit longer (which we honestly expected), Tonya really stood out. She kept checking in on us and I could tell she was keeping an eye on our order and following up behind the scenes. That kind of attentiveness didn’t go unnoticed. It was also our first time trying the ribs, and she took the time to explain the different flavors and helped us choose—super helpful and appreciated. Her demeanor was warm, pleasant, and consistent the entire night despite how busy it was. Because of her, our first visit definitely won’t be our last. Thank you, Tonya, for making the night extra special!

  Had a great experience this afternoon!I was there with my son, and our server Tonya truly made the visit stand out. She was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s always nice to come across service like that—really made our time together even better. Big thanks to Tonya and the team!

  I had the best experience here yesterday. For context, my grandpa is in hospice currently and the beef rib from Montana's is one of his favourite foods so I wanted to get one to him before he passed. I did a takeout order, all of the staff were very nice & friendly to me while I waited for my order, even offered to grab me a drink while I waited. They made the order quite quickly as well! When we got the food to him, it was the biggest rib any of us had ever seen (and we're a family who loves BBQ), it was huge and perfectly cooked. I hadn't told them about my grandpa or anything, it just worked out like that. It smelled so good that all of the nurses were talking about it! When his nighttime nurse came on shift, she told him the rib had looked so good it made him a legend in the hospice! Definitely a memory I'll cherish forever, I'm so grateful to have gotten such great service and food.
