  WORST MCDONALD'S IN LOWER MAINLAND!!! Ordered an ice coffee at curbside pick up, waited for 20 minutes nobody came out so I walked in to asked about my order, The employee said they ran out of ice coffee!! I asked her why wasn't my ordered cancelled or at the least come outside to let your waiting customer knows??? Basically, they choose to ignore my order and let me sit cluelessly outside. I was so upset! Would never return anymore! Apparently not just lack customer service but also COMMON SENSE!!!!🤬🤬🤬

  I visited this location recently and had a great experience overall. The service was quick, and the staff were polite and well-organized even during busy hours. My order was prepared accurately, and the food was fresh and hot. The dining area was clean, and tables were regularly maintained. The drive-thru was also efficient with minimal waiting time. One thing I appreciated was how smoothly everything was managed despite the rush. Definitely a reliable spot if you're looking for quick and consistent food. Would visit again!

  I got my combos through drivethrough, french fries were great, staffs were nice. My only complaint was that I got a chicken burger for my Big Mac Order. I couldn't return because returning through the traffic at 200st is more expensive, so just ate it

  I always ask for dine in and usually emphaticaly. Today makes 5 out of 6 visits meal put in a bag. They don't get it. I lost patience with them because last time server pulled fries out of bag with bare hand and wasn't ready for it to happen again.

  Skip this one, employees too lazy to even stir a coffee. Literally had to pour mine out and go to a different location this morning because it was undrinkable.
