Whatever happened to McChicken! The patty was extremely dry, and the bread was hard. It made a crunching sound. As a result, my son was unable to finish it.

Extremely poor customer service from the late-night manager. She was out of uniform, showed zero professionalism, use abusive language while talking infront of costumer and actually closed the drive-thru window while I was still speaking. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from someone in a leadership position. If this issue is not addressed immediately, I will be escalating this complaint to higher management and corporate. Customers deserve basic respect, regardless of the time of day.

Honestly, I don’t usually write reviews, but this one needs to be said.
The night experience at this McDonald’s is completely different from the daytime — and not in a good way. There’s a night manager named Rosa, and the way customers are spoken to can feel very rude, aggressive, and honestly intimidating. There have been instances of inappropriate language being used openly, which is surprising for a place like this.
On one visit, I witnessed a situation where a beverage was thrown at a customer during an argument. I was right behind in the drive-through line, and it honestly made me uncomfortable enough to question staying there at all. Situations like that shouldn’t happen in any customer-facing environment.
What stood out even more was the tone — instead of de-escalating, it felt like the situation was being provoked further, including telling customers to pull into the parking lot to continue the confrontation. That kind of interaction creates a very uneasy atmosphere.
What’s confusing is that during the day, the staff and management are completely fine — polite and professional — so the contrast is very noticeable.
If you’re planning to visit, just be aware that the experience at night may be very different. I personally avoid going there after hours now.
Hopefully, the store looks into what’s happening during night shifts, because this kind of environment can be very off-putting for customers.
It seems this location’s management changed recently. Drive through is really polite and nice, makes great coffee. Inside environment is clean. My kid was crying and they actually reached out and help us comfort her. My impression of this location stuck at two years ago, when the drive thru staff was being racist. I’m impressed how they change their overall training and services.
i hate that i have to write this review, but the girl that's literally training new hires isn't teaching proper safe food handling, i asked for 2 cookies which she partially grabbed with parchment paper and still managed to get her bare hands all over them, i politely then asked if i could have fresh ones thinking ok maybe this will happen with either gloves or some sort of tongs...nope, despite her attempt at customer satisfaction by giving me 1 additional cookie she now completely grabbed the cookies with her bare hands to box them...i know we're all struggling with the cultural differences many migrants bring but there needs to be safe food handling guidelines that shouldn't ever be strayed from!
(ps. - she was doing all of this while also taking cash sale orders and doing curbside takeout.)
