  You know the reason people pre order is so when they get there it is paid done and you don't have to wait So they can carry on and get to work or whatever their busy day has in store... While waiting for my preorder that wasn't even started until I arrived 15 minutes later I watch the line inside the store grow and get ignored then proceeded to have to wait another 15 minutes to get my order... Woefully underprepared no sense of urgency

  1, Ordered Latte, but it was only half full. This never happened at other McDonald. 2, No sauce comes with 20 McNugget order and even happy meal. 3, ordered earls grey tea, but gave us coffee. Cashier even needs us to show her the receipt to prove it.

  I’ve visited this McDonald’s multiple times after 11 PM. The location is supposed to be open 24/7, but unfortunately they are always “out of poutine.” A worker told me that the staff at night don’t want to make the poutine gravy, so they just tell customers it’s unavailable. This has now happened to me three times. If the restaurant is open 24/7, the full menu should be available or at least customers should be given an honest reason. It doesn’t make much sense to advertise poutine but repeatedly refuse to make it late at night.

  I had such a wonderful experience at McDonald's - Walnut Grove, all thanks to Keira From the moment I walked in, Keira greeted me with a warm, genuine smile that instantly made my day better. Her customer service is truly exceptional — friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive. She made sure my order was perfect, handled everything quickly and efficiently, and treated every customer with patience and kindness. It’s rare to see someone who brings so much positive energy to their workplace. Kira doesn’t just do her job — she elevates the entire experience. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in what she does. McDonald’s is lucky to have someone like Keira on their team. She absolutely deserves recognition and a well-earned promotion. Thank you, Kira, for setting such a high standard for customer service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
