  One problem I have with this one is, in the early morning they open, but most of the time they are not. On line say it's open 5 am to 12 am. But drive through is closed and doors are locked.

  It was very very bad customer service at the drive-thru. It was very long waiting time around 8 - 10 min. When finally we reach the window I asked the associate why was very slow service? She took the comment as a personal comment and she started to yelled me instead of apologized. At the end of it she and her Supervisor asked us to leave without our food and she did a refund without asking us. Literally they did refuse service to us! Only because we asked why was very slow line up with only 1 car ahead of us in the drive-thru. Unbelievable!!! No customer service at all!!!! I try to recorder them but they closed the widow for long time and more vehicles waiting behind us too!!!

  drove all the way from Vancouver to the Zoo, ordered two meals today during lunch time. very busy and not enough staff to serve in store clients. MC chicken and happy meal with orange juice and apple juice, when I get home I found out no drink was given. called store number but no one answer. changed location to the store but the order was placed in different location, waited 10mins then find out it's the wrong location in my app, tried few time's always showing the same wrong address

  young guy that runs the drive thru in the morning is so fast and gets everything right... he multitasks like crazy! he deserves a promotion! Every time I get a BLT bagel the bottom has been replaced with a non toasted top that gets soggy from the tomatoes. how hard is it to toast a regular bagel?

  The service here is usually great; I wonder how much business they loose not being open when they say they are. I work close by and have tried stopping for coffee in the morning long after they say they're open, all doors locked and driveway closed. Seems to be a frequent issue at this location; I just watched a lot of cars come and go. They should adjust the time or figure out why they aren't opening on time. Definitely 20+ people in less than 10 minutes just ended up leaving.
