Excited for first time at 5 guys. Got Soggy Cold Fries, Soggy Lettuce, Smushed Buns, Messy Kitchen (fries all over the floor), and charged us for an item we didn't order. If you can believe it, you can have this meal for 2 for the low price of $50. (Edit: I submitted a report to corporate "contact us" form with a link to the reviews)

Didn’t like the cheese burger, also service was not great…the only exception was the milk shake, was really good.

Quite upset we’ve been coming to five guys since over 20 years. I live in Abbotsford and we always go to the one in Chilliwack since the past five years three times a week every week my special-needs son always grabs himself some of the free peanuts on the way out as he doesn’t like making the mess in the restaurant we do this at every five guys we go to we now go to the one in Langley, we’ve been going there since it opened. Our bill is always between 150 and $220 me and my son was there today. Our bill alone was nearly $100 and I was in line to take a takeout order home for the rest of the family. My son was taking some peanuts and some miserable lady who works there screamed at him and told him you cannot take any peanuts out of the restaurant not only she made him embarrassed in front of a full restaurant But has my son is special needs he ended up crying from embarrassment because of that I cancelled my order and we walked out of the restaurant. There’s no sign since 20 years that says you can’t take the free peanuts out with you. I don’t know why they do that they’re worried about $.25 with the peanuts. We will never come to this location ever again. You should be ashamed of yourself how you treat customers.

The burger was ok but not that tasty, lacks juice and salt. The toppings were fresh. The fries tasted bad, like old used oil and burned tasteless fries. The place was a little but dirty crumbs all over the floor. The lady at the cashier taking orders seems not happy in her job. A staff cleaned up and without saying excuse me shoved a chair into the empty space on our table while we were eating.

Not even worth for 1star At the end, hour and half later I just left. Very disappointing experience. I placed an order ahead of time for pickup, but ended up waiting for over an hour and a half. I kept checking the order status and asking about it, but the staff could not handle the order properly at all. What is the point of ordering ahead if customers still have to wait this long? The system even showed that the order was completed, yet I was still standing there waiting with no clear explanation. This wasted more than 90 minutes of my time and caused a lot of frustration. The order management here is extremely poor and unprofessional. I’m very disappointed with how this business is being run, and I hope can get a refund for this terrible experience.
