  I don't normally post reviews, but felt the need to add my two cents for this location. I walked in to see most tables to be a complete mess, garbage bins overflowing, and many people waiting around in the dining area to wait for their orders. I used one of their order terminals to lessen the burden. After placing my order, I was fifth in queue. Granted, it may have been a busy night, but it shouldn't take over 30 minutes to get my food.

  I went to Taco Bell for the first time other than in the states. It was My daughter and I. We each got one item off the menu. It took 22 minutes & both our orders were wrong. There was one couple there besides us, so no idea why it took so long for our food. Two of the staff members were grabbing pops for themselves and talking at the counter. The staff did not care that we were there. Zero personality. They were just plain rude. The food was absolutely horrible. It was tasteless and my daughter’s taco was so disgusting I spat it out. I took 2-3 bites of my food & threw the rest in the garbage.. $33 literally went straight into the garbage. Needless to say, we will never go back. But I left this review to warn others to stay away. I cannot understand the hype at all.

  Where to start with this horrid place, For starters the automatic door opener doesn’t work, after a 6 month renovation you’d think everything would be functional but it’s not. Talking about functionality the staff barely function themselves, all they do is talk and they can barely understand each other let alone what a customer has to say. And to top off my visit they forget two items of my order! Great face lift, classic Taco Bell food, terrible staff and service hope they chose to get some more competent staff

  Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to which is saying a lot considering Taco Bell is already pretty low expectations. I ordered soft tacos, they gave me hard. All of the items had half the filling they used to. A few drops of meat. I should’ve just ordered shells. Absolute waste of money. Wish I would’ve read the reviews before I wasted my time going.

  Unfortunately, every time I’ve come to this location, it takes an ungodly amount of time for our “fast food” to come out. For example, we ordered 2 tacos. It took 30 minutes to come out and it wasn’t busy. This time, my spouse ordered 2 tacos and fries. It took 35 minutes. Their reasoning was that they were super busy and had lots of drive through orders. We looked outside and there were barely any cars in the drive through. They also only realized after 35 minutes that they didn’t have the dorito taco shells my spouse ordered. Overall, the food itself is alright, but the time it takes to receive a small order is sad.
