  Had an amazing experience here. Jyoti was especially outstanding — super friendly, patient, and made sure my order was perfect. You can tell she genuinely cares about customer service. The food came out hot and fresh, and the whole place was clean and welcoming. Big shoutout to Jyoti for making the visit even better. I’ll definitely be back!

  our order was completely wrong! After waiting 20 minutes for our food, we were given a total of 3 correct items out of the 9 we ordered. And they forgot my cheese sauce that I paid extra for. There were multiple other pipes complaining in the store aswell that they had been waiting 20 - 30 mins! Food was cold, and was way overpriced.

  I'm currently standing in the Taco Bell in Langley BC. I made my order at 8:15pm. It's now 8:43pm and I'm still waiting. The 'food' finally came after waiting for a full half hour. What I got was 9 fries and two soft taco shells with minimal in them. This location is a very poor excuse for a fast food restaurant. It should be noted that there were three people in front of me asking what was happening with there very delayed order. I highly recommend this location be avoided if for nothing more than the service alone.

  Came on February 10th at 6pm had a DoorDash order for pickup, they took almost an hour to make my food. THAT IS ABSURD, I used to come here all the time and the normally take longer then usual but an hour to get ur food that u placed online for them to make faster is crazy. They need better and more employees, the people in there are rude and have no respect for customers time. Even the renovations aren’t helping this location, I’m not someone who posts bad reviews but this location is so bad that I have to say something because saying something to the employees does nothing, they don’t care.

  Extremely disappointing experience at Taco Bell - Langley On February 4 around 9:00 PM, we used the drive-through because we had just had a medical operation and were unable to go inside. After placing our order, the employee told us to wait outside and that our food would be brought out. We waited over 20 minutes. No food. No update. Nothing. We eventually had to go inside ourselves to find out what happened, only to see the food already prepared, sitting there, and completely cold. When we explained that this wasn’t fair, the only response we received was “we’re busy.” Being busy is not an excuse for zero communication, cold food, and no accountability. If customers are told to wait, someone should actually follow through. Cold food after a long wait, no apology, and no care for the customer. Unacceptable service at this Langley location. We will not be returning.
