In all the years Subway has had salads, I'm pretty sure they cut the tomatoes and cucumbers before putting them in the salad?! Not here! They just throw everything in the bowl, and call it salad! This was probably the 1st time (in YEARS), that I had someone NOT cut the tomatoes and cucumbers in half!!! The lady who made my salad was very "rushy"! (I know that's not a real word, I'm just trying to describe her!) When I said "extra", she put on a sprinkle more. (I had to ask for more 2 more times!) She also seemed like she hated her job-like she just wanted to hurry me out of there. No smile, no pleasantries, nothing. (I'm pretty sure I had this lady before, and had issues with my last order she did!) When I went to pay, the girl ringing in my bill, had NO CLUE how the app worked. (I wanted to scan for loyalty points) Um.... shouldn't the staff at a restaurant know how their loyalty program (or app) works??? (I would think this was common sense, but that ain't so common?!) Perhaps the staff should be properly trained?!
