Absolute worst experience at a McDonald’s to date. Employees and manager were so rude. Waited 20 minutes for my FAST food. Ordered 2 things. Everyone behind me got food. Let’s also add it was a cheeseburger and fries…how do you not have that?

Dear McDonald’s Team,
I would like to share a disappointing experience I had at this franchise location around 11:45 PM yesterday Oct31,2025.
I went there to order only a medium cold drink Coca Cola, and at that time, I was the only customer—there was no one else inside or in the drive-through. Despite that, it took around five minutes for me to receive my drink.
I noticed that the staff member who orepared mg drink was holding it in her hands but instead of coming to counter to give it to me she continued chatting and dancing instead of serving the order promptly. When I raised my hand, she came over, and I politely asked if the drink had any ice, as I requested it without ice.
She seemed unsure and said she didn’t feel like she had added any, which was already concerning.
When I finally received the drink, I noticed that the cup was only about 75% full. I pointed it out, and she refilled it—but this should not have happened in the first place.
Overall, I found the service very unprofessional and careless, especially since there were no other customers waiting. It made for a very unpleasant experience.
I hope the management can look into this matter and ensure better training and service quality at this location.

I only bought one thing through the drive-thru and it took 10 minutes. This is the only McDonald’s that even charges for lettuce tomato lol .. And also all staff is on there phoneeee specially the one in drive thru
