  I had a great experience at this KFC. The service was quick and friendly, and the food was fresh and tasty. The staff were polite and helpful throughout my visit. Special thanks to Simran, who is an excellent customer manager—very professional, kind, and attentive. She made sure everything was handled smoothly. Overall, a great place with good service and food. Highly recommend! 👍🍗

  This is by far the worst kfc I’ve ever been too, visited 3 times via drive thru every single time was parked, the food quality and presentation was awful, they don’t even give you napkins. Last 2 times grabbed the 2 for 5 wraps both times was overcharged and had to specify it was on special nothing went right any of the times I went, avoid at all costs.

  Bought a bucket of 18 pieces of original Got one piece of white meat. It’s a scam. They should tell you that it is all dark meat.

  My mother and I ordered a large amount of food using the self-serve kiosk, which was clearly not working properly. After paying, we never received an order number. We asked a staff member for help, and instead of resolving the issue, we were told to move to another machine—even though we had already paid. We went to the front with our approved receipt to explain the situation. The staff member there was rude and insisted our order “didn’t go through,” demanding to see our bank statement as proof of payment, despite us having a valid receipt. When we suggested she check the debit machine records, she refused and said it wouldn’t show up. She also denied issuing a refund, claiming we hadn’t paid—again, contradicting the receipt. We then asked if we could simply receive the food we ordered. She responded that doing so would cause the restaurant to “lose money,” even though we had proof of purchase. I even showed her a screenshot of the kiosk screen listing our order, but she still wouldn’t help. It wasn’t until my mother stepped in and explained that she works in the food industry and understood how these situations are handled that the staff member finally agreed to give us the food. This took over 15 minutes. Even then, our order was incomplete, but we chose to let it go and leave. When we got home, my mother checked her bank account, and the charge had gone through, exactly as the receipt showed. The entire situation was handled in an unprofessional and frustrating manner. We will not be returning, and I would caution others to be aware of the poor customer service we experienced.
