Ordered a burger and a poutine asking for light gravy. As I went to put the bag on my seat I noticed that the bag was leaking gravy. It ended up leaking over onto 2 books I just bought and all over myself. On top of that the burger wasn’t even fully wrapped when thrown into the bag.

Decided I'd try five guys tonight seeing as how I'd only tried it once before in the South Surrey location... Took it home.. Burger was delicious.. tasted like fatburger... Bun could have used a little bit more toasting.. Fries were very soggy... I don't know if it's the peanut oil or if they they just let them sit for a while and then serve them like that... But it was pretty sad when I got home and here's these soggy fries... That being said, the atmosphere inside was pretty good... The atmosphere here on their map page is horrible... With five guys continuously responding with almost a computer generated responses. Nothing genuine, just " hey, thanks for the review!!!" Great Burger. Everything else was meh...

Today, December 24th, my wife and I went to the Five Guys in Langley. We arrived about 7 minutes before closing time, around 3:53 PM. We ordered two burgers and left to take them home since they were about to close. Something caught my attention while we were there. At the end, they had two burger patties left over and gave them for free to the last orders after mine. When we got home and started eating, I took a bite of my burger and noticed there was no meat. I took another bite and there was still no meat. Then I realized they had literally given me a burger with just vegetables and bacon. The beef patty and cheese were completely missing. I understand that it was Christmas Eve and that the staff may have been tired and ready to go home, but that is not a justification for serving a burger without meat. This was a very disappointing experience

Well finally got opportunity to go check this place out. I got 1 regular cheesburger and cajun fries. No drink as prices here are a little riduliculous. I paid $19.82 for a cheesburger and fries. I took it home- probably better to eat there I presume. The food was OK. Lacked flaver, fries a bit underdone but decent. The place was busy, looked to be all International students working there.(12). Overall they were doing the best they can. They do give you a lot of fries. Price should be around 8 for burger and 4 for fries. I just can't go back as it's just not worth the price and wasnt that tasty - That's all. My opinion.

Burgers and fries were fantastic. Better than expected and better prices that I expected. This has become one of my new favourite burger spots. Especially love having the malt vinegar option with my fries. I feel like most places, they need to work on how to do a lettuce wrap, for the keto/gluten folks. But that's minor, and you know, first world problems and all. Still keep up the good work.
