Watch my burger sit in a bag for over 10minutes well other people's orders who were placed after me are fulfilled first. Cajun fries were so over seasoned they were in edible and after waiting for the fries the burger ended up being room temp at best. Unfortunate first try of this new location.

Have been a Five Guys fan since a while ago. Really like how they add extra two scoops of fries after your ordered portion. We always found that the peak of the day. It was like that in most of the Five Guys location. But recent visits to this location has not meet up with that standard anymore. Just the standard ordered portion and that it.... we once thought that was their signature move but might not be the case anymore. Overall the food is still good, staff crews are good, atmosphere is nice.

I went to Five Guys recently and honestly I was really disappointed. The food took almost 25 minutes to come out, even though it wasn’t that busy. My fries were cold and way too salty, and my burger was super greasy to the point where the bun was falling apart. For how expensive it is, I expected way better quality. The staff wasn’t rude, but they didn’t seem very organized or attentive either. I had to ask twice for napkins and ketchup. Overall, it just didn’t feel worth the money. I probably won’t be going back anytime soon.

We visited Five Guys last night for the first time at this location. We’ve always loved Five Guys, so we were really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Halfway through our meal, we found a hair on our French fries. Needless to say, that completely ruined the experience for us. The overall quality also wasn’t what we’re used to from other locations. I did address the issue with the manager and let them know we were very disappointed after discovering the hair. For a first visit to this Langley location, it definitely did not meet expectations. We hope this was just an off night, but it was unfortunately not a great experience.
