When we spoke to the girl there, she didn’t seem to care whatsoever. She never heard us out and kept making condescending comments like “well you should’ve known” or “it’s not my fault you didn’t ask” her tone and attitude was so passive aggressive from the get go. I honestly wasn’t even upset at first but when I saw how she spoke to us and how much she didn’t care, it made me very frustrated. She also refused to give me her name and their head office number, probably because she knew she was doing a horrible job. Not once did she actually try to help, and just kept on speaking over us. She said she is one of the managers there, but didn’t even seem to know what she was doing. They need to teach their management basic customer service skills because it is not hard to be nice. Their lack of care and effort to solve problems shows how little they care about their customers. Their solution to my problem is that I spend more money? The cakes are already expensive enough, why would I want to buy another one? And why would I want to support your business further after such treatment? I understand this is a franchise but Dairy Queen really needs to consider who they partner with. We’ve always been very loyal customers of this company, but now I would never support it again.
