  Usually I don’t have a complaint with this place. But the place is kinda going downhill it seems. It’s dirty everywhere. And the portions in the food have gotten a lot smaller. I should have to find something to eat at home to finish filling mine, and my families stomachs after spending $60 for two bowls and a kids quesadilla and some chips….. the employees seem almost bothered when you ask why there’s so little food going into the bowls now. My son got more rice in his kids quesadilla pack than I got in my rice bowl.

  The served raw chicken in my daughter’s rice bowl. The restaurant was closed when she discovered this and called in the morning. The customer service awful and unhelpful. We tried to speak to someone at head office and included pictures of the raw meat but only received automated responses. They sent her a voucher as “refund” for a free bowl on her next visit. She went today to redeem the voucher today and they wouldn’t accept it and said it was expired. They clearly do not take food safety seriously!

  This location is a joke. Almost every time I’ve been to this chipotle they’re out of some sort of topping, but today was especially pathetic. No black beans, no salsa, a wait on white rice, a wait on chicken. While I’m waiting on half of my order, I’m watching 1 of 4 staff in the working and the rest standing around chatting. Terrible service, the restaurant is filthy, whatever you want on your burrito isn’t available. This place SUCKS. Go to Mucho.

  The food assembly line was disgusting - ingredients were mixing in their metal storage bins that staff were serving us from and there were many spills on the counter, which also made the bottom of the bowls and the lids dirty. It was impossible to know how disgusting it was until our bowls were being assembled before our very own eyes, as we watched in horror and disgust. Hello, cross contamination? Fraser Health, where you at? Have these people ever heard of wiping down a counter? I felt bad for the front line employees because they did seem to be working hard with the skills and knowledge they have, but I worry about the leadership from management. As you can see from my photos, the employees on the assembly line regularly reach across each other and this results in food from different sections being dropped accidentally in the wrong containers. As my partner said, this could actually be a plus for us customers because there was a teeny bit of guacamole in the cheese bin and a lucky customer might get some free guacamole that way! 🤗🥑 Our food was cold, including the chicken and rice, even though we were served from fresh containers for those particular items, I saw them be replaced right before we were served. It makes me wonder if they are just mass preparing food and then not keeping it at an appropriate temperature. The chicken was not cut nicely and the size of the pieces was very inconsistent. As the poor employees were working, there was a very large amount of meat on the grill left unattended. RED FLAG!!! 🚩🌯👎🏻🙊🚫

  Never have had an issue here but staff are extremely rude. I was waiting in line to order leaning on the chairs when one of the staff members tossed down her food next to me. I figured she wanted to sit there so i moved down another chair or two to lean on while waiting when that same person came back with her drink and sat down immediately on the chair i was leaning on without any regard. No the place was not full there were plenty of seats open. I told her she could have asked for me to move no problem but it was the lack of consideration and disregard that annoyed me. She didn’t even respond back when i mentioned that she could have asked and continued to eat her food. I tried to mention it to staff at the front but the place was busy (fair enough) but no one cared to hear me out. Hence the one star.
