  The worst rice bowl i had on this location . Everything was cold during lunch hours. Veggies were not even sautéed. Raw veggies straight out of the fridge. Chicken cold and chewy. Wasted time and appetite on this location

  This Chipotle location stood out for its freshness and quality. The ingredients looked fresh, and the staff made the bowl exactly as requested. Portions were generous, and everything tasted great. The service was fast, and the team handled orders efficiently even during rush time. The seating area was clean and comfortable. It’s a great place if you want a quick but healthy meal option. Definitely one of the better locations I’ve visited.

  Usually love Chipotle but this location leaves much to be desired. All the garbage cans were full, the restroom was a mess and when ordering my bowl, I had to ask the server to actually give me a full scoop of protein rather than the half that she poured me. Got a roll of the eyes at that. The taste of the food was the standard delicious that you’d expect from this chain, but the service and cleanliness leave a lot to be desired.

  This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. The cleanliness alone was shocking—food was scattered across surfaces, tables were visibly dirty, and the entire environment felt completely unsanitary. It did not look like basic hygiene standards were being followed, which is extremely concerning for any food establishment. Service was just as frustrating. We had multiple staff members approach us, yet no one seemed able to properly take or complete our order. There was a clear lack of coordination and training, which resulted in confusion and delays. What stood out the most—in the worst way—was how our food was handled. It was literally pushed across a dirty surface to us, with no attention to presentation or hygiene. We weren’t given essentials like a lid or napkins, and overall it felt careless and unprofessional. At this point, I genuinely question the health and safety standards behind the scenes, especially in the kitchen. If what’s visible to customers looks like this, it raises serious concerns about what isn’t. I don’t leave negative reviews lightly, but this experience was unacceptable. Management seriously needs to address cleanliness, staff training, and basic food safety practices immediately.

  If I could leave zero stars, I would. This Langley location was a complete disappointment. The food line was a mess—items were mixed together and scattered everywhere, which made it look very unappealing and unhygienic. On top of that, the staff experience was frustrating. The woman at the counter seemed rushed and overwhelmed. While I understand it was busy, customer service shouldn’t suffer. It felt like she wasn’t really listening or focusing on the person in front of her. Overall, not a great experience and definitely not somewhere I’d recommend.
