I was left feeling dismissed and unsupported. I’m sharing my experience so others can be cautious around the entrance area, and in the hope that the company reviews its approach to customer safety and injury response. Again, I want to emphasize that the staff have always been wonderful; my concern is with how the situation itself was handled.
