Spent nearly 20 minutes waiting behind a mere 3 cars in the drive through line on a weekday at 5pm. When it was finally my turn to place an order, I waited and waited and waited - just like the cars before me. Finally, someone figured out that there were cars in the drive-through I guess. I placed my order and, you guessed it, was told there would be a wait for chicken. Sigh. At this point, I was far too frustrated and decided to go elsewhere.. On the way out, I had to pass through the pick up window and was informed that they were very, very busy and apologies for the delay. That’s fine, except that previous visits to this store had been quite similar and there did not seem to be any huge lineups inside nor was the parking lot particularly busy. Don’t know what the issue is but seems clear that some overall business organization and or some intensive training of staff might be a good start. As for me, I will probably continue to go elsewhere for a good long time. My advice is if you’re hungry or in a hurry, try somewhere else.
