  Terrible service As a local small business we were appalled by the service of the staff. We reuested the server to fill our drink cups. She refused several times. When we asked for the manager the same server came back and told us she was acting manager then refused us service. We called head office Very disappointing!

  Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered and paid in advance for a special cake for my child’s 18th birthday. On the same day, I was informed that the cake wasn’t finished and wouldn’t be ready until the following day. I explained over the phone that we needed the cake for the party that day and couldn’t wait. After speaking with the cake decorator—who was lovely and confirmed with the manager—we agreed on a full refund for the original order and 50% off a ready-made cake instead. However, when we arrived to pick up the replacement cake, we were met by an aggravated manager named Jeet, who yelled and slammed equipment around, clearly frustrated about our situation. The poor customer service and lack of professionalism made this an unbelievable and upsetting experience, especially from a business our family has proudly supported for so many birthday celebrations. Sadly, we’ll be taking our business elsewhere.
