  We I haven't been to Subway in about 7 years and decided to try it for lunch today We spent $48 And when I went to use the bathroom He told me that it was out of order An under renovations. What look like a regular to me told me that it was funny cuz he just used the bathroom yesterday so he thinks that the owner/ mnad Gewas lying to me. It was a young African-American kid That looked new, He was extremely rude to him and kept bossing around telling him to do different things when he was in the middle of doing one thing already I will never go back to this location Or any other Subway for that matter want te first time purchase group, try to use the bathroom after purchasing something at Subway Turned away

  Subway is genuinely one of the HARDEST things to mess up so I am always shocked when they manage. I placed an online order, even meaning they had extra time, & clear written instructions right in front of them. Tell me why my sandwich was toasted to BLACK, loaded with green peppers & barely had any sauce/cheese on it. I get saving costs & cutting back on the higher cost items but this is ridiculous if I am paying $10+ for a sandwich I’d appreciate my instructions be accurately followed.

  I live around the corner come here weekly. I was deciding between two places. Originaly picked your store. I told the lady at the counter id like to go to the washroom before i get my food. She told me the washroom was out of order. I walked right out & to Bar Burrito asked the same. They let me use the washroom. I washed my hands then placed my order. Im now sitting eating my tastey $20 meal in their lobby. The staff is very polite here.

  I’m writing this in the hopes that a manger or owner looks at it. I came in on Feb 18 around 3pm for lunch and the lady who made my sandwich was good but then when I sat down to eat and she went to the back I heard a huge argument start. It went on for over 10 minutes and sounded awful. The other man working seemed to be yelling at her over something she said but it just went on and on and was so loud that I could hear it over my headphones. He was really laying into her and it seemed very unprofessional to do while there were customers around.

  Very disappointing experience. The service was poor, staff behavior was unprofessional, and the order was prepared incorrectly. Cleanliness standards were also not up to the mark. This outlet does not meet Subway’s usual standards. Not recommended.
