  I always have a great experience shopping at Save-On-Foods. The store is clean, well organized, and it’s easy to find everything I need. The staff are friendly and helpful, and you can tell they care about customer service. They have a really good selection of fresh produce, bakery items, salami, in house made pasta and local products, which I love. The quality is consistently good and the store feels welcoming every time I go. It’s definitely one of my go-to places for groceries!

  Bought an overpriced sandwich from here because I was starving. Started to feel ill halfway through eating it and then I realized the bacon was nearly raw. Won't be back. Ever.

  Bakery misspelled name on cake, after we we had them write out the name in capital letters and also put in brackets that it was a boys name, so to not get it confused with the female spelling. And upon pick up it was spelled incorrectly, were not apologetic or sincere. Expressed our concerns to Oliver (Assistant store manager) was unprofessional and again did not seem apologetic at all. Ruined our day for graduation celebration.

  Please for the love of god fix the flickering florescent lights on the open dairy refrigerator where you keep the coffee cream. It has been like that for months and gives me a headache every time I look at it.

  I went in to pick up a few things and as I walked out the security stopped me as said " you took something from the store someone saw you " I dont steal and havent had any criminal charges for anything , no probation, no legal issues. The security guard overstepped his boundaries and actually demanded he search my things and found NOTHING. He did not apologize he just simply went back inside knowing he was wrong ..... I understand theres a huge theft problem in kelowna but its not my problem I have rights . Im really disappointed with this store and I hope they learned a lesson here because they Can't just make false accusations and search anyone they want . Im seriously considering filing a formal complaint to the security company this guy works for. I still have integrity , but the store dosent
