When I asked why my order was delayed, the staff/owner responded in a rude and dismissive way instead of offering a simple explanation or apology. The way I was spoken to felt disrespectful and unprofessional. Delays can happen, but poor customer service is not acceptable. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location.
