  Ordered a 2 can dine and Thay were going to give me French fries and the order was for 2 hash browns 2 coffees and 2 eggmick muffins would not give me my order the customer service is not good in any way the place is a mess , this was not the first time I went there my first time I ordered a 2 can dine I got 2 big Mack's 2 large fries 2 lg root beers the pop was flat and Thay put way to much special French dressing on the bun and way to much salt on the fries I will never go there again it's a dump and the bad thing is that just opened this location

  This is an incredibly dirty location with a dangerous front porch. Increase security or this storefront will not last

  Please immediately re locate , the immediate distrucrion of downtown and daily eye sore of tents , survival, blankets and shopping carts needs to stop like yesterday. I also need to be convinced McDonalds sells food and nothing else but good Full time security will not solve the problem . Cops don't care , but US downtown kids , small business owners , 5 am club and residents of downtown would like our peace back and I can smell McDonalds when walking out of my gym which is simply unnecessary and nasty . RIP Downtown Kelowna.

  20 min wait….for fries… they cleared my order off the board after a few mins and didn’t even check in or anything just decided to not to put the order together. Left me there waiting, no one around to ask, getting harassed by a man who was angry I had already paid and was not willing to create another order to buy him food; so uncomfortable and did not feel safe, no staff nearby to ask where the order went, can’t cancel on app because they marked it complete.by the time I finally got my fries I didn’t even have time to eat entire break time wasted. Will never go to this location again.

  We ordered a cheese burger value meal with no mustard, no pickles, and added chicken sauce on the burgers. We also ordered a 10-piece nuggets meal through DoorDash early in the morning at around 1:53AM, the cheese burgers DO NOT HAVE ONIONS, which they are supposed to have. The fries were COLD! Plus, there were NO NAPKINS inside the bag. It’s happened twice. I ordered the same thing before. The nuggets were NOT FRESH, COLD, and I could definitely tell they’ve been sitting for a very long time. Terrible! Please improve your service. Please serve fresh food or at least make it right! This is really disappointing.
