  Picked up quarter pounder meals for our granddaughter's that were arriving on a flight from Puerto Vallarta. It was a nice clean friendly and convenient location on our way to the airport.

  It was loud with all the fryers going off constantly. Dirty tables. The staff were less than helpful. There was only one girl working the front and other staff including the manager would walk by the line up of customers and yell there's orders out front. It was very hard to watch.

  My husband and I ordered our food to go and noticed that we’re missing some food. Tried to call them to report it so when we return to the Reid’s corner location we can get the missing food, no answer as it was busy. All the employees were too busy in the back to hear the complaint. Not going again.

  They always screw up my order, somehow. And they're always clearing the screen of order numbers to beat some silly metrics, so people don't know where their food is half the time. You know what that does in a town full of old people? It's not pretty.

  The last time I ate a McDonald's hamburger was 1995 and today I was reminded why. The most flavourful part was the dill pickle. The burger and bun were both dry and flavourless. No lettuce, 3 bits of onion and a splash of mustard. I guess I got the economy version. The man taking the order tried to upsell me three times. It's like I was at the oil change place. McD's you can do so much better.
