  This is honestly the best McDonald's in town. The staff genuinely try to get you the best deals on your order. And the food isn't freezer burnt like the other locations in town.

  I have been visiting this location regularly and, unfortunately, my recent experiences have not been satisfactory. On multiple occasions, I have specifically requested well-done, fresh fries, but the quality has consistently fallen short. The fries are often soft and lack crispiness, which significantly affects the overall experience. Additionally, the gravy portion tends to be excessive, making the dish overly soggy and less enjoyable. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving food quality and consistency, as this reflects on the overall reputation of the brand. If they will not work on this definitely people will hate McDonald’s.

  Worst place to eat. The staff does not follow proper food safety timelines. Items that should be discarded after a certain period are still being served to customers. The burger patties were extremely thick and tasted like they had been sitting in the warmer for a very long time. It raises serious concerns about food quality and safety standards. It also felt like the staff did not care about food safety protocols or customer health. Serving potentially expired food is unacceptable. This issue has been reported to IH and CFIA.

  Tonight after work my friend and I went to McDonald’s because we were very hungry. The dine-in was closed and only drive-thru was open, so we walked to the window to ask if we could order. The employee who took our order was extremely rude. She spoke to us very disrespectfully and even said something in another language to her coworker while looking at us. When we politely asked for ketchup, the employee made a rude face and spoke to us in a very harsh tone. If pedestrians are not allowed to order at the drive-thru, that is understandable for safety reasons, but the way we were treated was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Customers deserve basic politeness.
