  "I stopped in to Lindt today for the first time and had a wonderful experience! I was greeted by Michelle, who walked me through the store and helped me find the perfect dark chocolates for my taste. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. I’d highly recommend stopping in for a treat—they even have soft serve ice cream and a chocolate fountain!"

  I recently visited the Lindt store in Kelowna and had a disappointing experience—not because of the products or the employees, but because of the way a manager treated her staff. While I was browsing, I overheard a manager (I believe her name was Angel) speaking very harshly to employees over small things, including scolding someone for not facing the door properly while greeting customers. The tone felt unnecessarily rude and uncomfortable to listen to as a customer. The employees themselves were polite, helpful, and seemed to be doing their best. It was honestly upsetting to see them being spoken to that way, especially in front of customers. A positive work environment usually shows through in customer service, and moments like that make the store feel tense rather than welcoming. I hope management takes feedback like this seriously, because the staff seemed wonderful and deserve to be treated with respect.

  Went in, and was informed I could pay $5 for a small box of chocolates. Upon filling the box with 10 or so, the price jumped to $20, so the box itself costed $5 (equivalent to the size of a ruler) which led me to putting them back. absolutely ridiculous. Was excited to try but they let me down.

  I went to store on Wednesday it was a great experience. I loved their customer service. I forgot to ask the name of the lady at front she was really nice. I was getting some basic flavors and she suggested me really good chocolates which I wasn't sure about. I trusted her, wow, I loved those. I will be surely coming back to get more. 🤗🫣

  So happy🤩to see the new Lindt store open! It’s beautiful and nicely organised. I was offered a chocolate when I entered and they even asked about allergies, which I really appreciated. Rushali helped me sign up for the loyalty program and was very kind and polite. I ordered ice cream and loved that she wore gloves before making it — they clearly care about hygiene and food safety. All the staff were so nice. I’ll definitely come back and highly recommend this store! Thanks to everyone:)
