  Pulled up to drive thru and nobody else in line so placed an order. When we paid they said to pull around front and wait but said nothing about it being slow. 20 mins later they bring a bag of food out and take it to another car. I ask the lady where ours is and by her answer realize there is 10 cars in parking lot also waiting ahead of us. They did not bother to tell anyone here that it would be a 40+ min wait for drive thru food! Talked to one guy who had been waiting 40 mins already. We have to be somewhere so have to leave without food or refund as they've locked the door to restaurant now.

  Ordered box meal with Big Crunch as a main item, but Big Crunch was missing and after asking they said it wasn't in the order. Both bathrooms closed so I couldn't even wash my hands before eating with them. Whole place very messy.

  Stopped by for a quick meal and honestly it hit the spot. Chicken was hot and crispy, and the fries were fresh too. Staff seemed pretty chill and got my order out fast. No complaints from me.

  Coleslaw instead of gravy ordered. All the chicken was super small and minimal meat... Live in Oyama no point in going back...

  My chicken was old and overcooked. It was the filthiest KFC that I had ever experienced. The walls were grimy. The tables were dirty and the smell of the chicken was repulsive. This is not a typical KFC. I will never go back and dine in the kind of filth I seen on the walls.
