  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great experience at KFC Orchard Park Mall. The manager was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really stood out. The food was served hot and fresh, exactly how it should be. The addition of Taco Bell in the same location is a nice bonus and makes it even more convenient. Definitely a solid spot—highly recommend.

  Hot wings are not the same anymore. The hot sauce is different too, and not tasty..I won't be eating at kfc ever again.

  Staff is rude and disrespectful. Messed up my order and refused to accountability. They admitted to witholding my food but still refused to give what i PAID FOR! Its so unprofessional and i think you need better staff that knows a thing or two about customer service.
