The first time, I arrived at 5:30 PM (exactly at my scheduled pickup time) and was told the location was running behind. Today, I waited patiently for the pickup reminder, but when I finally called, I was told my order had been ready for 5:30 PM and that I should have checked the app. I did check—there was no update or reminder. I’m not sure if this is a system issue or a staffing issue, but it’s frustrating. I’ve now lost two of my lunch breaks trying to get food here. I’m a regular customer and have never had this issue before, so I hope this can be looked into.

Very unhygienic. Servers name was Arsh.
