  I live around the corner come here weekly. I was deciding between two places. Originaly picked your store. I told the lady at the counter id like to go to the washroom before i get my food. She told me the washroom was out of order. I walked right out & to Bar Burrito asked the same. They let me use the washroom. I washed my hands then placed my order. Im now sitting eating my tastey $20 meal in their lobby. The staff is very polite here.

  I’m writing this in the hopes that a manger or owner looks at it. I came in on Feb 18 around 3pm for lunch and the lady who made my sandwich was good but then when I sat down to eat and she went to the back I heard a huge argument start. It went on for over 10 minutes and sounded awful. The other man working seemed to be yelling at her over something she said but it just went on and on and was so loud that I could hear it over my headphones. He was really laying into her and it seemed very unprofessional to do while there were customers around.

  Very disappointing experience. The service was poor, staff behavior was unprofessional, and the order was prepared incorrectly. Cleanliness standards were also not up to the mark. This outlet does not meet Subway’s usual standards. Not recommended.

  The employee named Ankhush was extremely rude and unprofessional. We politely asked if cookies could be warmed in the microwave, and instead of explaining properly, he responded rudely and kept saying it’s “not in the policy” without any customer-friendly attitude. He also rudely refused crispy onions, again without explaining calmly. This is not the first time we’ve had this experience with him—he behaved the same way on our previous visit. Today, we came here to buy dinner, and the Subway sandwich was made very poorly. and the place where we stay overnight has no food restaurants at all. We came out of the city and relied only on this Subway, hoping we would at least get a proper meal. Now we are left with nothing good to eat. This was very disappointing. Customer service like this completely ruins the experience. Employees should do their job properly and treat customers with respect instead of making things difficult. If someone does not want to do the job professionally, they should not be working in customer service. Subway should seriously look into this behavior.
