  I often shop here.Roop is absolutely fantastic.She's incredibly helpful and has amazing customer service skills. I very glad of service at save ons.I always have a great experience when she assists me.

  Howard the butcher used to order in requests like corned beef brisket at St. Patrick's Day and other items not typically found on the shelf. New butcher won't do that. I always shp there but this kind of sours things for me.

  I come here often, but this Save-On doesn’t compare to some of the bigger “full service” locations. There isn’t a butcher on site/a real meat department. The meat selection can be limited or things sell out quickly if there’s a sale. It can be difficult to find a rotisserie chicken after 6pm on some days. The produce is fresh which I always appreciate. People like to complain about the prices here but I don’t think they’re too bad. I would love this location to get a renovation and be more similar to some of the other Save-Ons with at least a bigger deli with a hot bar (especially chicken wings) and a bigger bakery.

  @Thursday, December 18. 10:50am. A very disturbing second time encounter this year with Janice. To describe her she stinks of tabbaco smoke and has a deep raspy voice. Yes, that's her! I just got off the phone with the manager of this place so I won't go into complete detail as I have made him fully aware of this disturbing event. Janice has a explosive personality with anger management issues and should not be in a public service (check out girl) environment. She is degrading, standoffish, mean or maybe just hates men in general. I don't really know but her outburst today was not called for. I've shopped this store for many years. All staff are wonderful people with genuine smiles and make you feel welcome except for Janice. Unfortunately today she managed to get under my skin and turn my wonderful day into a not so wonderful day. I hope management relieves her of employment so myself and other people will not have to experience events as I experienced today. Don't shoot the messenger!
