  They just need to update the time online for when they close its kinda annoying seeing there open online just to find out at the end of making a pizza on the app there closed already and not at the time it says online

  The Hwy 33 location in Kelowna never disappoints; the food is always great, and though it’s not the cheapest pizza in town, it is WELL worth the money every time. The staff always greet me when I walk in, and are accurate in letting me know how long my order will be if it’s not quite ready yet. I often see them cleaning and things look well kept and organized.

  "Better ingredients, better pizza, Papa John's." Not just a slogan at this location. Not only did Andrea make my pizza perfectly. Jon relayed and delivered the best customer service I think I have ever had anywhere; a real, solid, human being. A personable, friendly, caring man who served me with a smile and hand shake. I am absolutely, positively, astonished with the service here.. will continue to order from this establishment for the foreseeable future not just based on food quality but the customer service as well. As retired chef myself, I noticed the cleanliness of the kitchen. Proper. Good. Job. A++. People like me notice these things. Andrea and Jon, if you ever read this... Thank you. You are actually amazing. Notice to management: Andrea and Jon are the best employees you could ever ask for. Take good care of them.

  Nearly 30 dollars paid for a pizza that was mediocre at best and barely had any cheese or flavour for that matter, oddly enough the only part of the pizza that tasted decent was the crust. I was so hungry to even bother getting a return/refund. But I've had better...but then again Ive had worse too.
