  SHAME ON PAPA JOHNS PIZZA! I had a very unpleasant experience at Papa Johns Kelowna Harvey Location at 5pm on 2/1/26 Order # W0026. I placed an order for two pizzas and went and picked them up. When I arrived at home I noticed that one of the pizzas was made incorrectly, it was missing the Italian Sausage on the pizza. I called the store immediately and spoke with the female that I picked the order up from 15 minutes earlier. I told her that the pizza we ordered was supposed to have Italian Sausage on it and it’s missing. She indicated that she will review the camera footage and also the female worker that made the order to verify and have the Manager call me back within 5 minutes. Almost 15 minutes went by with no call back, so I called the store back. My kids were hungry and wanted to eat but I told them to hold off until I heard back from the female worker. The same girl answered the phone and she indicated that they already reviewed the camera footage and confirmed with the female worker that she did add it on there even though there wasn’t any on my pizza. I said I am willing to bring the pizza back and show her and I want to have another pizza made. I also said that I should be paid for wasting my fuel to show her their mistake and she put her hand over the phone and spoke in Punjabi to another male worker. That male worker came on the phone and was very aggressive with his wording and indicated that they are not willing to make me another pizza even though it was very clearly their mistake. I said to him as well that I’ll drive back right now and show you that they’re wrong. He kept cutting me off and talking over me aggressively as I was trying to talk and once again he indicated he is not willing to make the problem correct. At that point I asked him if he was the Manager. He clearly indicated to me that he was the Manager, I asked him for his name at that point. He never responded and waited and then quickly hung up the phone. I called the store back 3x, each time I would call back they would see my number on their call display and hang up the phone on me. ANYONE AND EVERYONE READING THIS NEVER EVER EVER ORDER FROM PAPA JOHNS HARVEY LOCATION!!! Not only do they tell their customers that they are liars and then not take ownership of their mistakes but they also imply and impersonate their Management as well!! I honestly hope your Store Manager reads this very poor Google review so that he is aware of what happens when he’s not around. EXTREMELY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE FROM STAFF, NOT ONLY DID THEY LOOSE A GOOD CUSTOMER TODAY BUT I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW HOW YOU TREATED ME TODAY AND WILL ALWAYS TELL EVERYONE TO NEVER EVER ORDER FROM YOUR LOCATION. TO ANYONE READING THIS, ORDER FROM THE RUTLAND LOCATION THIS PAPA JOHNS LOCATION NEEDS TO TAKE OWNERSHIP OF THEIR MISTAKES, NOT CALL CUSTOMERS LIARS, AND NEED SERIOUS WAKE UP CALL. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM ANY PAPA JOHNS AT ALL EVER GOING FORWARD FROM THIS DAY!!!!!

  Ordered a pizza and no one ever showed up. Called the store and it was closed. No contact or follow up. Not very respectful of a customers time.

  Refused to honour my Veteran’s discount (on the regular priced portion of my order), even upon calling the store manager. I will be filing a complaint to CF-One and hopefully this doesn’t happen again in the future. On the bright side, the food was great either way!
