- AIarefin islam6 days ago2.0I visited KFC on Lakeshore Road today around 3:15 PM with my two kids. Normally, the service is decent, and we enjoy the Tuesday special. However, today I specifically requested that my meal be cooked fresh, but it didn’t seem to be the case. Additionally, I was surprised when a senior lady came in asking for a chicken breast sandwich, and the staff mentioned it differently, she said "We dont sell chicken breast sandwiches!", leading to confusion. As far as I'm concerned many chicken sandwiches are made from chicken breast filets like Famous chicken sandwiche or Big chrunch that's what I've eaten before and the staff sold it to me as (chicken breast sandwiche). Aa local who frequently visits, I’ve always had good experiences before, but today was disappointing. Hope the management will look into these issues and ensure better service in the future.
