Secondly the womens washroom was out of paper towel & when I told the cashier she replied "It does have I just filled it up this morning. You need to push in on the handle." To which I replied I seen the roll inside the machine its literally empty. Thirdly I paid for a small blizzard WITH EXTRA cookie dough and there was barley any cookie dough in there. Plus there ice cream is super soft worse then milkshake consistency. 🫩 Not satisfied. 😩

We took them to the counter to be told that minis only get one scoop and we could pay more for more treats for n our Icecream. Our Icecream blizzard was nothing but Icecream. This is not how blizzards are meant to be. It was disappointing and we didn’t feel heard as customers.. a scoop was more l like a small teaspoon. The girls who took our order was personable and made our treats quickly, it was the young man who I spoke to later who was not accommodating. .

As if we were wrong to be there trying to give them OUR MONEY!!! I was completely disgusted!! Not sure how a chain like this can allow staff like that to be employed. The overpriced ice creams we're not made well at all!!! I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATING! JUST TERRIBLE!! We were there Sunday Oct 19 @ 9pm
