  The owner of this restaurant has some of the worst customer service skills I've ever came across. After ordering $32 worth or food, he wouldn't give my 5 year old a cup of water without the 50¢ charge for a cup! He was so rude about the whole thing, which just left the worst impression. Don't even get me started on the ridiculous bartering you'll have to do for packets of Arby's sauce, or any sauce for that matter. You would think a few sauce packs would be included with a $32 order, think again! You'll also need a small fortune to pay for the sauce packets too. To top it all off, they are the only Arby's that will not accept coupons, they never have, which is pretty disappointing for such a huge chain that isn't the cheapest as it is. There's a reason they have had their phone disconnected for over two years, and the owner didn't seem to care about that even after I told him about a error with an order, with no way to reach them for a resolution. STAY AWAY if you appreciate people that respect their customers, if you live on the Westside, you'll know him, he's made quite the negative impression on most patrons.

  This is my favorite Arby's, everyone is always so friendly when I go through the drive through and the food is always delicious! Wanted to post something today because I ordered an uber eats delivery from them and whoever did my order tonight was extra generous with the fries and sauces and everything which honestly turned a bad day around for me, thank you so much to whoever did that! Haha

  You can't pee before you order. You have to buy something then pee. There was no soap in the soap dispenser, so I used my own disinfectant wipes. I wiped the dirty table I sat at with a 2nd disinfectant wipe, and it was black. Picture attached. Dirty tables, and I'm the only costumer in here. Paid $10 for a small soggy poutine. Fries tasted freezer burnt and old. Frying oil tasted old with different flavors in it. They keep their vinegar packets in the fridge which then made my poutine cold. The hot gross poutine comes in a plastic box so that microplastics seep into your gut lining. Use cardboard boxes like other fast food restaurants do for poutines! I threw out the food after one bite and left! Never coming back! Go to WK's DQ! Always fresh and good service!

  Slow service. Food is disgusting. Manager went unhinged when I complained. Definitely do not use the drive through.
