Just had the worst drive-thru experience ever. The staff didn't listen to my order properly and then argued with me about it. Seriously frustrating when you try to order clearly and get attitude in return. I even asked politely that I can pay more, there might be some mistake but that philippines lady in the evening was so rude. The overall experience was unpleasant, and I won't be returning. The poor service overshadowed any potential positives of the food. Definitely not recommended if you value good customer service.

Being from out of town I have not been to Arby's for years so I thought I would stop and have a quick bite. Everything was really good. The young fella behind the counter even brought my food out to me. Would have no complaints of going back again.
