Worst and grosset Arbys maybe in BC! So non attentive and I tried to email in to tell them how uninviting it looks on the outside and old and with graffiti so noticeable and IGNORED! I even followed up! So yuuup...1 star at best! Only those who care zero on presentation themself go in here!

Just had the worst drive-thru experience ever. The staff didn't listen to my order properly and then argued with me about it. Seriously frustrating when you try to order clearly and get attitude in return. I even asked politely that I can pay more, there might be some mistake but that philippines lady in the evening was so rude. The overall experience was unpleasant, and I won't be returning. The poor service overshadowed any potential positives of the food. Definitely not recommended if you value good customer service.

Came to eat at 10:30 wasn’t open. Online hours said it would have been open.
