My food was being made with a knife also used to prepare chicken(cooked) previously while also on the same cutting board. The worker scraped off the chicken scraps (blade side down, love me some extra micro plastics) and proceeded to prepare steak. This was a pretty big red flag because what else are they doing if that’s the standard? It is my fault for not refusing! I find their food the last few visits really upsets my stomach- in fact today I still feel awful. So either I’m just not built for it or there are a lot of food safety gray areas going on. I’ve also noticed on a couple visits it just wasn’t clean…. If you’re too busy to practice food safety best practices then hire more people. I’ve reached out to interior health. I would not go here!
