- SBSukh Brar1 day ago1.0Very poor experience at Mucho Burrito on Powick Road in Kelowna. I placed an online order and arrived on time, but was told it would take another 10 minutes. When I asked why my order was delayed, the staff/owner responded in a rude and dismissive way instead of offering a simple explanation or apology. The way I was spoken to felt disrespectful and unprofessional. Delays can happen, but poor customer service is not acceptable. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location.

The girl who served me had a tattoo on her hand. She was too kind and generous. I liked her service. Whenever I come back, I will definitely come visit here again
