    I got a couple burger combos for the family at 5 o clock at drive through. All the burger patties were dry and barely warm. The onion rings were also luke warm and tasted stale as well. The only thing fresh and hot were the fries. This did not live up to the expectation that Dairy Queen gives for good food. Avoid this location.

    Waited 20 minutes to be served. When placing the employee did not speak any English and was irritated that I was trying to order food at 2pm on a Tuesday. When I received my food my burger was completely stale and hard. There was no sauces on my burger either. The new hires are pathetic

    I called ahead to ask if they had the DQ cupcakes, and the person on the phone confirmed that they did. When we got to the store and were pulling them out of the freezer, a worker came over and told us we couldn’t keep the freezer door open for long even though it had only been open for about 20 seconds. Now it makes sense why. The cupcakes were not the actual DQ cupcakes, and they also were not 2 for $6 as expected. Instead of the cookie crumble fudge topping, they had red velvet pieces. It felt like the worker didn’t want us to notice that. We are really disappointed with the experience.

    Great ice cream, and especially Blizzards. BUT the pricing has made it more and more unlikely to visit as often as we would normally. Yes, I know, high prices everywhere, but spending $32 on 2 small and 1 medium blizzards and a peanut buster parfait is just too much.
