  The counter person does not want be there. The Vanilla milkshake was the worse that I have ever had.

  Man who works the till has the worst attitude. Zero customer service skills, won’t greet you or even smile, rudely asks what you want, slams things on the counter and answers questions with attitude. Been here 3 times now when he’s working and his behaviour has been the same. Really ruins the experience.

  Both of the staff working that day were super helpful. Every business should aspire to have staff this good. They made every effort to fix an issue that was my fault. They were kind, polite and super easy to deal with. Thank you!

  Ordered an ice cream cake online for the first time, few days ago. I was pretty disappointed in it. I could tell my brother wasn't too satisfied with it for his birthday. 365 days a year and they were out of an icing colour, just my luck. Cake didn't come with extra icing as requested either. Maybe ill try a different dq location next time.

  my friend and i decided to get some icecream tonight and no one who worked there was around when we got in there. they’re open until 11, we were in at 10. it took 5 mins for a cashier to come out and even acknowledge us then another 15 mins to make our simple ice creams. we regretted coming here
