The meat looked as though it had been sitting a while and that should have been our que to go but we were starving and hoped for the best. The food was bland, my hubby had some crunchy rice in his and everything inside the burrito was cold. We both had tummy aches afterwards. Should have gone somewhere else...
- NNNickMar 25, 20262.0I have been to many Mucho Burrito restaurants and by far the Kamloops location is the worst. I was so excited when I heard they were opening but the experience has been unfavourable since day one. Burrito’s tend to be heavy on the rice and light on the proteins. They are always out of many of their ingredients which today included no black beans, fresh veggies and mango salsa. Often they are out of cilantro and many of the garnishes. I have never experienced that with any of the Kelowna or Lower mainland locations. It’s a great franchise but so disappointing that this location is not up to standards. I believe that this shows with the lack of customers as compared to many other locations. Very sad to see.
