  I am writing to report an unpleasant experience with an employee during my recent visits. On March 22 at 6:36 PM, I placed a table service order. When my order arrived, an employee named Inder (curly hair) approached me and told me that I was not allowed to take a table service number board without asking an employee. His tone and attitude were not appropriate. On April 4th at 3:55 PM, I visited again and placed another table service order. This time, I made sure to ask an employee before taking the number board. However, when my food arrived, the same employee came up to me and said, “Buddy, I told you last time that you should ask.” I explained that I did ask, but he responded rudely, saying, “Next time ask a manager, otherwise you can eat your food somewhere else.” He also claimed that he confirmed with other employees that I did not ask for the number, which is incorrect. Making accusations without properly confirming the facts is unacceptable. This is not the way customers should be treated. I felt he was being racist and discriminated. Staff should communicate respectfully and handle situations professionally. I hope management addresses this issue and ensures better customer service in the future and I would like to get contacted for this at earliest.
