The employee working at that time, Mark, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The lettuce being used was pink and clearly not fresh, so we politely asked if it could be replaced. Instead of handling this properly, he flat-out said he couldn’t replace it and that it was the only lettuce they had in the store. No apology, no attempt to help, no care for food quality or customer concerns. What made it worse was his attitude. he literally said “get it or leave.” That is completely unacceptable behavior in any customer-facing job, especially in food service. Customers should not be spoken to like that, and serving questionable food while refusing to fix the issue is disgusting. Very disappointed with this visit and with how the situation was handled. Management seriously needs to look into staff behavior and basic customer service training

The girl behind the counter yelled and said I needed a key. As I was walking toward the bathroom Fair enough. When I came out. One of the other employees was sitting on his phone by the bathroom. I gave him the key back. As I was walking out. He started yelling at me to hand deliver the key back to the girl behind the counter. So of course I got a little upset with the yelling and demanding service. No respect for Canadian citizens. And we are the ones paying for them to work here in Canada.
