  Always order subway from this one for my lunches, very polite when I call with special instructions and the food is always prepared well.

  They haven’t updated the design to that god awful “minimalist” version that so many Subways have done, so that is good, but there were definitely problems. Everyone was very skimpy on toppings, for example my sandwich had two pieces of spinach, I suspect this is what the workers are being told to do by a stingy management and not something they have done on their own accord. The drinks machine was out of order. Finally, the women’s washroom was out of order as well so I had to use the men’s washroom and it was beyond disgusting, I did my best to clean things up with what was available in the washroom but that is not something that a customer should have to do (to be fair the patrons should not make the messes like that to start, but still) I was very uncomfortable using it afterwards and it made be question the cleanliness of the whole restaurant. I really hope that management can resolve these issues as the atmosphere is really so much better than the renovated stores and the staff was friendly.
