If I could give zero stars I would, DO NOT GO TO THIS KAMLOOPS LOCATION, GO TO LITERALLY *ANY* OTHER SUBWAY! Tried ordering a wrap, and the guy put on THREE TINY SINGLE PIECES OF ONION, THREE TINY SLICES OF PEPPER, AND 3 SLICES OF CUCUMBER I asked for more veggies (subway is supposed to give as many extra veggies as you ask for, even if you want it to be a salad sandwich) And the guy (EXTREMELY RUDE) Says WORD FOR WORD: "NO! You get THREE of THIS, THREE OF THIS, AND THREE OF THIS" Walked straight out and went to the next closest subway where I got an EXCELLENT experience, as opposed to this place. Never coming back to this location unless under new management. I have gotten subway since I was still a teenager in highschool, and have NEVER had an experience like this. I hope they feel good about wasting food! This ladies review in the photo also puts things into perspective about how bad this location really is.

Had to order using the app to get a deal, my credit card was charged and my food was made. The order never showed up at the store due to an error with the app. One customer had been waiting for 30 minutes for the same reason. Iam not waiting for 30 minutes to save money on a sandwich! I left the store without food which i had paid for. I will be reversing the charge on my credit card as soon as i can and i guess you guys can throw out the food!
