  Papa John's has unfortunately fallen far in quality and service. I have officially decided give up on them and stop purchasing from them. The pizza has gotten smaller and the toppings have gotten light. Doesn't even seem to taste the same as it used too. The app deals are great but I still dont think it is worth it. Also when the order says its ready to be picked up on the app it usually isn't. Every time I have showed up and the pizza was supposed to be ready it isnt, usually it hasn't even been made or put in the oven yet. I believe they are probably trying to get higher completion metrics. Im all for making bosses happy that things are done quick but its annoying when I show up for a pizza that is supposed to be ready but the person says oh ya sorry its not made yet. Ive sent in reviews through the company and they nicely give me a coupon but I still dont think they are worth my business anymore.

  Food was good but they gave me the wrong pizza then called and asked me to bring it back I told them that they can't serve it to someone else cause that's not good safe, they then delivered the proper pizza and once again asked for the wrong one back kinda dodgy thing to do as once it's left there site how do you they know what's happened to it?

  Of all the pizza shops in Kamloops. NS-Papa John's is our favorite. We moved to Kamloops from Vancouver. And happy to find a good pizza shop. Amazing staff, great prices, and selection. Always happy.

  Ordered on skip and they called me to fix skips mistake they are my go to. Foods perfect as well they also gave me lots of extra peppers when i added some to my order :)
