  I showed up about 10 minutes after open to place a take out order at the kiosk. The first thing I noticed was that they had the front door propped open which is odd as it's early January in Canada. When I walked in I immediately realized it's because the place as a very strong and unpleasant odor. I ordered a 3 piece chicken, of hot and spicy variety. Two or three minutes later someone came out from the back and said they only had original ready, and that the spicy would be 16-20 minutes, I said I'd take the regular recipe then. I was then told that the original is what would take 16-20 minutes to be ready. I had misunderstood. I then went to my truck to wait for my food, I came back in 15 or 16 minutes later, and my food came out a few minutes after that. I drove home, about 3 minutes, and opened the box. It was original recipe which I expected, and hot, which was good, but extremely greasy, more than you'd expect from fresh chicken. Overall very disappointed that it was a 25+ minute wait for chicken at a place that specializes in chicken

  There wasn’t a single customer in the store and I still did not get any help in the counter , waited 10 mins and tried to raise my voice hoping someone would hear me and I can hear someone working inside kitchen but no one wanted to help I guess . The whole store smelled horrible , the tables are filthy even when there are no customers. I wanted to walk out the moment I entered because of the horrible smell . 0 stars !!

  I did an online order which I will admit was ready extremely quick. When I walked into establishment I was hit with an overwhelming smell of feces. I needed to use the restroom quick but the toilet was covered in feces and pee. I was appalled. The guy who gave my order was kind enough for the two second interaction, but when I got home and opened the bag I couldn't believe the amount of oil. The box with the chicken was falling apart because of the amount of oil and the fries were soaked. The chicken definitely could have been cooked much longer too. Inedible meal, won't be back and do not recommend.

  Unfortunately it was quite dirty inside, bathroom was particularly bad. Food was ok. The girl working the counter was working very hard. I think she was the only one there.

  Every time I come here I am stuck waiting and watching at least 4 skip the dishes orders and other people who ordered after get their food before me, the service is ridiculous, this should not be called fast food if you have to wait 45 minutes for it
