- EHethan hansenMar 8, 20261.0I would give a zero if I could I called 4 days ago placed a order for a smarties treatzza and repeated myself 4 times to confirm it was a treatzza not a full cake and then call back yesterday to confirm my order and move my pickup time order was confirmed once again on the phone then came in today and they had done a full cake and then was unable to write the happy birthday message on the cake the level of customer service was honestly pathetic and I know that as I've worked customer service for over a decade

The whole thing was soggy and the cheese was melted so much that you could barely tell it was cheese anymore. At no point should a hamburger be put in a microwave....absolutely disgusting and won't be ever eating at this location again....
