  Every single time ive been here in the last year (several times a month) no meatballs. "OH we ran out" I dont understand how you dont put more on to replace the empty container on the line. 20 years in service industry myself - when I ran out of things in the middle of the day on the line anywhere I worked, we put more on. However this subday thinks once its empty its empty.

  I took a shower and thought I would eat something before leaving. I am a vegetarian, so I went inside. There was no one there to take the order. There was a bell on the table near the counter, so I rang it. A girl came out; she is kiran I didn’t ask her name, but it was written on her badge. I told her I wanted a veggie patty. I noticed that the veggie patties were kept in the meat section, inside a container. Still, she picked one from there. She didn’t ask me properly how I wanted it prepared. Normally, I like the bread toasted first, then the patty heated, then placed on the bread, cheese added, and heated again—but she didn’t ask anything like that. She asked which vegetables I wanted, and I told her. Then she asked about sauces, and I told her that too. While she was making my order, another guy came in who worked there. In between, he got another order—a salad bowl with meat (I’m not sure what kind). What he did was: while my food was in the heater, he used the same gloves to handle meat (chicken or something) and put it into the bowl with rice. Then, with the same gloves, he took out my food and touched my bread and started adding vegetables to my sandwich. I kept noticing all of this. After that, the girl asked me about drinks and other items, but she wasn’t really paying proper attention to me. She placed my food there, and even my payment wasn’t completed properly. I was about to record everything, but then they just left—she went to the washroom after telling her coworker. When I finally completed my payment, another guy—the same one who made the salad bowl earlier—came to take the payment. I just said “thank you” and left. I didn’t want to argue because she was a girl. Please do counselling after hiring any employee

  How can a subway run out of bread? Is like a McDonald's running out of meat o fries. Is ridiculous
