I’ve gone there three days in a row specifically to buy a mushroom burger, and every single time I get the same answer: “the grill is closed.” I went at 9:15 one night, 9:30 another night. Still closed. So what time exactly does the grill work? Because it clearly doesn’t work during business hours. When I told them this is not good service, the employee literally told me to go put a review. So here it is. If you’re open, the grill should be open. If the grill is never open, stop advertising burgers. This is just lazy service and a waste of customers’ time. I won’t be coming back. Total disappointment.

It’s a meal/combo there should be a drink. They didn’t even try to ask what drink I ordered. 2 guys just standing there looking at us all confused like what.
