IF YOU ARE PASSING THROUGH TOWN, KEEP DRIVING!
Stopped here on the way through. Staff had very unpleasant vibes. When I waited for an order a man came in and discreetly spoke to staff over concerns of bugs and hygiene. The staff member said they were aware, and a pest company was coming later to fumigate during which time they would close. The man was glad the issue was being addressed and left, after which the staff member scoffed and glared at the man's direction, made an aggressive hand gesture, and muttered something under his breathe in his language - it sounded very hostile. When we sat down to eat we noticed many ants in the restaurant and spider webs by our seating.
This place is not clean and staff are not friendly. If a bug issue was known, why is the place not closed UNTIL the issue is resolved? They were open, preparing and serving food knowing a pest issue existed. This is unsanitary and unsafe - we left feeling disgusted.

The perfect dessert spot in town! I was there when they were almost ready to close. But just while I was driving away, Jeona called me back and served me my favourite ice cream. He went above and beyond to make sure I left as a happy customer. Kudos to Jeona!

I was shocked to see this place still open. The environment was very dirty and unsanitary, with a strong, stale odour inside. I also noticed bugs crawling on the floor. When I mentioned this to the staff, my concerns were dismissed. Needless to say we turned around and left.

January 28th Amatesh Singh is the worst staff member you've ever hired. I canât believe you shut down at 9:20 PM because the grills need to be cleaned while still advertising that you are open until 10:00 PM. When I tried to report this with video evidence to Dairy Queen Canada corporate, your staff members actually showed me 911 and started trying to speak with the operator instead of handling the situation professionally. I contacted RCMP dispatch myself, explained the situation, and they said, âOh, okay, itâs a Dairy Queen â never mind,â and confirmed this is a consistent issue and that they receive calls from this location frequently. Your staff are the kind of people who will call 911 instead of taking responsibility for their actions, and RCMP dispatch even apologized for the situation. The inside of the store closes at 8:00 PM, but this is not shown on the app or clearly posted for customers. Just so people are aware, this location will not serve burgers after 9:20 PM because of the excuse that the grills are being cleaned. I wouldnât even trust the food, as I have serious concerns about whether proper foodâsafe practices are being followed at this restaurant.
